These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Global Bush Travel and Tourism Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to all bookings for travel services made through our website, phone, email, or in person. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not make a booking or use our services.
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you (“traveler,” “client,” “you”) and Global Bush Travel and Tourism Agency.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason, and will refund any deposit in such cases.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The specific amount will be stated on your invoice.
Full payment must be received no later than [Insert number] days before the departure date.
If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain any deposit paid, and charge cancellation fees as set out in section 5 below.
All prices quoted are based on current rates and are subject to change without notice until your booking is fully confirmed.
Prices may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, supplier price increases, government fees or taxes).
5.1 Cancellation by Traveller
All cancellations must be made in writing to us.
Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written notice as follows:
More than [Insert days] days before departure: loss of deposit.
[Insert range of days] days before departure: [Insert percentage] % of total cost.
Less than [Insert days] days before departure: [Insert percentage] % of total cost.
No refunds will be issued for unused services.
5.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to events beyond our control (force majeure), insufficient participants, or other valid reasons.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative arrangement or refund monies paid, less any non-recoverable costs from suppliers.
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required documentation.
We are not responsible for any refusal of entry, health quarantine, special documentation, or re-entry to a country due to improper documentation.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss of baggage, and other potential losses.
Many travel elements (such as flights, accommodations, tours) are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Additional terms and conditions of those suppliers may apply and form part of your travel contract with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the travel services provided.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may make changes to your itinerary due to operational reasons, supplier changes, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever possible, changes will be made with minimal disruption, but no refund will be given for alterations that do not significantly affect the overall travel experience.
No-shows for any part of your itinerary (e.g., flights, tours, accommodations) are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences) must be submitted in writing at the time of booking. We will attempt to accommodate them but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information as necessary to complete your travel arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
